MINNESOTA’S EXCLUSIVE MALIBU BOATS DEALER RECOGNIZED FOR
2008 SUCCESS
Malibu Boats recognized Minnesota Inboard Water Sports for their extreme
achievements in customer service and sales during the 2008 model year.
Excelsior/Baxter Minnesota – Malibu Boats, the World’s leading water sports
boat manufacturer, recently recognized their 2008 outstanding dealers in Sales
and Customer Service. The Malibu family took this opportunity to reward dealers
like Minnesota Inboard Water Sports the Minnesota state representative of
Malibu Boats, who are going strong even in these uncertain times. Minnesota
Inboard Water Sports dedication and amazing attention to customer service have
helped push them to the top of the marine industry and these awards prove they
are not letting up.
For their efforts and achievements as a water sports boat dealer Malibu Boats
distinguished Minnesota Inboard Water Sports with 3 huge awards in 2008. In
the category of Customer Service Minnesota Inboard Water Sports was
recognized for outstanding customer satisfaction, which is determined with
voluntary surveys sent in by boat buyers. Minnesota Inboard Water Sports
received the award for Outstanding Customer Service in their segment.
In the category of sales Minnesota Inboard Water Sports flexed their muscle as
Minnesota’s leading water ski and wakeboard boat retailer and their arm-load of
awards was a testament to that distinction. They took home the Regional Dealer
of the Year Award for Malibu Boats Midwest Region. They also secured a Malibu
Boats Sales Achievement Award as one of the top ten selling Malibu Boats
dealerships in the nation and earned the designation of Century dealer. This is a
title given to Malibu Boats dealer selling more that 100 boats in a year. Finally,
Minnesota Inboard Water Sports was honored one more time during the 2008
Sales Achievement Awards Presentation with Midwest Regional Salesperson of
the year. This award was presented for the third straight year to Matt Mueller -
Minnesota Inboard Water Sports. This honor is determined and bestowed by
Malibu Boats President and CEO, Bob Alkema.
